Using this website
Accessing the site means accepting this notice and the other policies published with it, such as the Cookies Policy. Contracting the service adds the subscription terms on top; nothing here replaces them.
Use the site within the law and in good faith: do not interfere with its operation, attempt access you have not been granted, or reuse it in ways that damage our rights or third parties'. We may suspend access where we have reasonable grounds to believe that is happening.
We may update these policies as the service and the law change. Changes are never retroactive, the current version is the one that applies, and its date is at the top of this page — check it when you return.
Availability and liability
We may suspend the website temporarily for technical, security or maintenance reasons, without prior notice where the situation demands it. A suspension confers no right to compensation, though we work to keep any interruption short.
Links from our pages to other websites are offered for convenience: they imply no relationship with those sites and no endorsement of them, and we answer for none of their content.
We are not liable for damage arising from improper use of the website or from ignoring what these policies say. What we owe you for the product itself — uptime, support, credits — is set by the subscription terms, not by this notice.
Intellectual property
The website, its contents, software, design and marks belong to us or to our licensors, with all rights reserved. Using the site grants no licence over any of it.
Reproduction, transformation, distribution or decompilation beyond what the law expressly permits is prohibited, and breaching this entitles us to act in defence of those rights.
Your data
The data controller is the entity above. This is what we process about you as a visitor or account holder — the product's own processing of IP addresses is documented in full on the GDPR page.
- Purposes
- Providing what you signed up for: creating and managing your account, verifying your email, billing your usage, and answering what you ask us. We send service emails — verification, receipts, security notices — and no marketing unless you separately opt in.
- Legal basis
- Performance of the contract, for the account and billing (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure (Art. 6(1)(f)); and consent where we ask for it, revocable at any time without affecting the processing already done.
- Retention
- Account data lives while the account does, then for the periods tax and accounting law impose. Lookup data follows the windows in the residency register on the GDPR page. Nothing is kept just in case.
Fields marked as required are the minimum needed to provide what you asked for; leaving them empty means we cannot. Keep what you give us accurate and current.
Recipients and transfers
Data reaches third parties only so the service can run — the sub-processors named in the register on the GDPR page — or where the law obliges us to hand it over. Nobody buys, rents or receives your data for purposes of their own.
Where a provider processes data in the United States, it does so under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses agreed with us, and the register says which.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection — and not being subject to a solely automated decision. Write to the address below from the email on your account and you will have an answer within a month.
If the answer does not satisfy you, the supervisory authority is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es · C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid). The GDPR page walks through each right, and through how the product handles the addresses you look up.
Law and jurisdiction
These policies are governed by Spanish law. Disputes go to the courts of Barcelona, both parties expressly waiving any other forum to the extent the law allows that waiver.
If you deal with us as a consumer, nothing here takes away the protections of the law of your place of residence, including the right to litigate there.
